| Prof. Xingfa Shen Hangzhou Dianzi University, China BIO: Shen Xingfa is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Hangzhou Dianzi University. He also serves as the academic deputy dean (concurrently appointed) of the School of Computer Science at Hangzhou Dianzi University Information Engineering College and the deputy director of the Institute of Computer Application Technology. He is a leading young and middle - aged academic figure in Zhejiang Province (in the field of Internet of Things technology) and a council member of Zhejiang Province Post - doctoral Association. In 2000 and 2007, he obtained a bachelor's degree (major: Industrial Automation, minor: Computer Application) and a doctoral degree (Control Science and Engineering, under the supervision of Academician Sun Youxian) from Zhejiang University respectively. From December 2011 to December 2012, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities (co - supervisor: Professor He Tian, an IEEE/ACM Fellow). His research interests include the Internet of Things, intelligent sensing, artificial intelligence, etc. He has undertaken 6 National Natural Science Foundation projects (including 1 key project, 3 of which were led by him), 1 National Key R & D Program project, 1 sub - project of the National Social Science Fund major project, and 1 pre - research special project of the 973 Program. Additionally, he has taken on 2 Zhejiang Provincial Key R & D Programs (1 led by him) and 7 Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation/Public Welfare projects (3 led by him, including 1 key project of the joint fund). He has published over 70 academic papers, more than 30 of which are included in SCI. He is a member of the Specialized Committee on Autonomous Unmanned Systems of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, and a member of several specialized committees and the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation (CAA), including those on Industrial Internet of Things Technology and Applications, Cognitive Computing and Systems, and Intelligent Testing Technology. He serves as the Local Arrangement Chair of ACM Sensys 2024 (CCF Class B conference) and a Session Chair of IEEE ICUS from 2022 to 2024. |
